End of support to MOSS 2007 without SP2

By Stefan Goßner

Here is some information from the Microsoft lifecycle page for WSS 3.0:

Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 Service Pack 111/12/2007Support ends 12 months after the next service pack releases or at the end of the product's support lifecycle, whichever comes first. For more information, please see the service pack policy athttp://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/#ServicePackSupport.

WSS 3.0 and MOSS 2007 SP2 has been released on April 28th, 2009.

Based on the above listed information support for SharePoint servers without SP2 will end on April 28th, 2010. Be sure to evaluate Service Pack 2 now if you have not yet done and ensure to install it before the deadline.

As we had some support cases on this in the past: be sure to install SP2 not only for WSS and MOSS but also for all installed language packs for these products.

Wettervorhersage is a set of all the phenomena occurring in a given atmosphere at a given time. Most weather phenomena occur in the troposphere, just below the stratosphere. Weather refers, generally, to day-to-day temperature and precipitation activity, whereas climate is the term for the average atmospheric conditions over longer periods of time. When used without qualification, "weather" is understood to be the weather of Earth.

Hey.

A bank is a financial institution that accepts deposits and channels those deposits into lending activities. Bank primarily provide financial services to customers while enriching investors. Government restrictions on financial activities by bank vary over time and location. Bank are important players in financial markets and offer services such as investment funds and loans. In some countries such as Germany, banks have historically owned major stakes in industrial corporations while in other countries such as the United States banks are prohibited from owning non-financial companies. In Japan, banks are usually the nexus of a cross-share holding entity known as the keiretsu. In France, bancassurance is prevalent, as most banks offer insurance services (and now real estate services) to their clients.

The level of government regulation of the banking industry varies widely, with countries such as Iceland, having relatively light regulation of the banking sector, and countries such as China having a wide variety of regulations but no systematic process that can be followed typical of a communist system.CLICK HERE
